Billiards is a well-developed art of thinking ahead. It’s not only a game, but first and foremost a demanding sport, which requires good stamina, the logical thinking of a chess player, and the stable hand of a concert pianist. The life of pool is to get all balls into the pockets, but sometimes you have to sacrifice one ball in order to get another one in.
My campaign as a chairman is to have a lot of players especially the youngest ones who will sustain for a period to seek the best from all over the world, because champions do not become champions when they win the event, but in the hours, weeks, months and years they spend preparing for it. The victorious performance itself is merely the demonstration of their championship character.
My belief on all the above will be attained when we basically obey laws and regulations related to our sports and Government as well. More importantly, our players as main stakeholders should stick onto professionalism, integrity and discipline.
